Dalchini Caterers was born in Jaipur with a singular belief — that food is the soul of every celebration. Founded over 15 years ago, we have grown from a boutique catering kitchen into one of Rajasthan's most trusted names in bespoke hospitality.
From the intimate to the grand, every event we cater is treated as a singular moment — deserving its own menu, its own rhythm, and its own memory.
In June 2024, Dalchini Caterers designed and served the state dinner hosted by BJP National President Shri JP Nadda for NDA MPs — marking PM Modi's swearing-in ceremony. The menu was covered by NDTV, Indian Express, The Hindu BusinessLine, Moneycontrol, and Zee Business.
